Have more mouseover tooltips

For instance, when I press "Wizard", then mouseover "copy disk wizard" on the menubar, then a mouseover pop-up should appear. Why would I want to use the 'copy disk wizard'? Basically, the mouseover should inform and sell/give features of the particular aspect of the program. It's not enough to be able to do things. Some of us need to know why we might want to do things over and beyond just moving partitions around. Otherwise to the ignorant (like me) more features become complications and bloat. Mouseovers in my opinion might be an easy way to intuitively inform the user regarding all the great features this Easeus program offers. Another way of putting it is that you want to sell experience as much as functionality. You have mouseovers on all the operations. I'm asking that you expand on the good idea you already have to include the menubar features etc. and expand the operations ones you already have. For example in the operations "convert the partition to logical" tells me nothing as I don't understand what a 'logical' partition is. So that feature goes right over my head. Format Partition I understand (but not exactly why I would want to do it.) Some people (like my Mom) wouldn't even understand what formatting does. As for me, I'm sure its an answer to some kind of problem, but I'm not sure what that problem is. So I'm thinking more mouseovers and expand the information on the mouseovers you have.
